He pushes aside some of his white blond hair, covered in sweat as he looks to the other. The word of thanks earns a smile as he gives a nod. "Thank you for saving my hide. I think we saved each other here today," the elf says. But, now they needed to get out of here.
"I'm with you on that. I'd prefer not to get ambushed again," he replies agreeing to the sentiment that this place was pretty terrible and he'd like to leave. "As for seeing a healer we both should do that. To figure out what it did to you and to make sure it didn't leave any residual influence on you." He steps forward making a gesture to Reinhardt to follow as he starts walking quickly from this sick forest.
It's easy to step right behind Sen. He keeps his strides very short so that he doesn't blow past the other. Instead, he keeps his single eye moving. Watching the darkness. He had a distraction now. Something that keeps him from thinking about the utter sadness he had felt just before. As long as he had this mission, this quest to keep Sen safe on the way out, he was going to be fine.
And as soon as they are fully away from whatever the shadowed creature that caused those feelings in the first place, he is okay again. It's only the memory of those feelings that linger, reminding Reinhardt that he's not as okay as he likes to pretend he is. But even when out of the forest, he remains as Sen's guard until they can get to that healer.
